• Proof of income
• 2 Valid IDs (passport, etc.)
• Reservation Agreement or RA (to be given to you by the developer)
• Buyer’s Information Sheet or BIS (also to be given to you by the developer)

• Two (2) Valid IDs
• Payment Terms
• TIN Number
