Philippine unicorn Revolution Precrafted enters Myanmar in pact with KT Group | Revolution Flavorscape

Philippine unicorn Revolution Precrafted has entered into a dealership agreement with Yangon-based KT Group to manufacture and supply prefabricated homes for the property market in Myanmar, the company announced on March 14. Robbie Antonio, founder and chief executive officer of Revolution Precrafted, said their entry into the market of 53 million population country is a “key milestone that strengthens the company’s expansion to Indochina and the rest of the world.”

Antonio said the firm will supply 36 crib basics — simple, sleek but functional prefabricated homes that can be completed in three to six months — to Myanmar’s home buyers.
Revolution Precrafted is the only unicorn in the Philippines and has gained a reputation as a leading developer of branded prefabricated property. It has partnered with 72 architects, designers and artists around the world.
KT Group is a Myanmar’s leading diversified company whose core business is in real estate and property development and diversified into energy, trading, international port terminal, pharmaceuticals, telecom and agriculture.
Deborah Kyaw Thaung, executive director of KT Group said Myanmar has embraced a new option with prefabricated homes.
The announcement comes a day after Revolution Precrafted sealed a landmark $3.2 billion deal with luxury property developer Seven Tides to build luxury apartments and hotel villas in Dubai.
Moreover, the unicorn is setting its sights on expanding to at least 20 countries this year. Back in the Philippines, the firm has rolled out the $1.1 billion Batulao Artscapes and the $345 million Revolution Flavorscapes residential communities.
“We want to take advantage of this sizable market and make it a cornerstone of our regional expansion, especially now that the country is also opening itself to global trade and investments,” said Antonio on the company’s move to Myanmar.
