We recommend visitors coming from the north to take the SCTEx Concepcion-Magalang exit, proceed to MacArthur Highway southbound then take Capas Cloverleaf Interchange going to the access road.
Visitors from the south may take SCTEx Dolores Exit, proceed to MacArthur Highway northbound then take Capas Cloverleaf Interchange going to the access road.

VIA COMMUTE
There are 2 ways to get from Manila to New Clark City by bus or taxi. We recommend taking the bus from Philippine Rabbit Avenida to Capas, Tarlac, which is the cheapest option and takes around 2h 40m from Manila. Once you arrived in Capas you just need to contract a public tricycle and will take you directly to New Clark City. The 2nd option is by taking a taxi from Manila to Capas is the fastest way and takes around 1h 30m directly to the New Clark City.
