Startup company Revolution Precrafted has been tapped by Filipino firm Central Country Estate, Inc. (CCEI) for a $115.4-million (P5.9 billion) subdivision in Pampanga built from prefabricated structures.
Revolution Precrafted, founded by Filipino realtor Jose Roberto Antonio, will construct and deliver precrafted homes and retail stores in a 70-hectare prime development of the 250-hectare Lakeshore in Mexico, Pampanga being developed by CCEI.
Antonio said the company expects $345 million in revenues from the sale of the precrafted homes and pop-up retail stores, to be located in strategic areas around the development, for the first phase.
CCEI is led by architect Nestor Mangio.
Antonio, who is also managing director of luxury developer Century Properties, Inc., said Revolution Flavorscapes at Lakeshore is the world’s first livable food park.
“This is another landmark project that will put Revolution Precrafted at the forefront of global architecture and innovation. We will supply $115.4 million to build more than 7,100 carefully curated prefabricated homes that will soon rise on a lush space in The Lakeshore in Mexico, Pampanga, situated at a mere stone’s throw away from an existing manmade lake,” said Antonio.
Revolution Flavorscapes at Lakeshore would feature pop-up stores offering cuisines from 200 countries.
Revolution Precrafted is the first and only “unicorn” startup in the Philippines, the fastest startup to reach unicorn status in Southeast Asia.A unicorn is one of those mythical startups that has been valued at over $1 billion.
The company constructs and supplies limited edition prefabricated livable properties worldwide.
Revolution Precrafted will build and supply prefabricated homes to be shipped and installed in the community.
It will feature 48-square meter townhouses called Revolution Alcove with an introductory price of P1.8 million, 60-sq.m. single attached units called Revolution Cocoon priced at P2.16 million, and 72-sq.m. origin squared units called Revolution Nest priced at P2.52 million.

The development of the property is expected to start this year and will be completed in phases. Development of the master-planned community and construction of the houses are expected to be completed over three years.
“We are proud to deliver another unique and world-first community. We will continue to develop groundbreaking projects to democratize art, design and architecture by making design driven homes more accessible to people throughout the world,” Antonio said.
Revolution Flavorscapes at Lakeshore boasts of groundbreaking amenities including a Museum of Ice Cream, Museum of Candy, A Chocolate Gallery and a Microbrewery with surrounding beer garden. There will also be a floating restaurant, floating cinema and amphitheater situated at the banks of Lakeshore’s 12-hectare manmade lake.

The real estate technology entrepreneur likewise underscored the potential of Flavorscapes.
He said Pampanga, located just an hour and a half from Metro Manila, is positioned close to the Clark International Airport, which now accommodates multiple international flights, so the location can expect increased economic activity in the coming years.
Brian John Mangio, CCEI managing director, said the master-planned community will give residents the chance to experience a lakeside lifestyle, complete with a wide array of industry leading amenities.
“We are building a FamiLeisure hub, a community swimming pool, adrive-by cinema, museums, spas, and sports center that will promote an active lifestyle. We will develop the property to ensure that there will be ample open spaces, where the residents can run, hike, and engage leisure activities. We are very excited about the project and we will reveal the new amenities in the coming months,” Mangio said.
