How are Revolution Homes different?
Revolution is a collection of limited edition, pre-crafted structures, including homes and pavilions. The project unites 48 of the world’s preeminent architects, artists, and designers to create an exclusive series of prefabricated, livable spaces. With a network of cutting-edge technologies and cost-efficient production systems, Revolution is democratizing high-design and architecture by introducing designed spaces in exclusive collaboration with industry leading creatives.
How much does each Revolution Home at Flavorscapes cost?
Revolution Alcove townhome 48sqm starts at 1.8m (introductory price)
Revolution Cocoon single-attached home 60sqm starts at 2.16m (introductory price)
Revolution Nest single-detached home 72sqm starts at 2.52m (introductory price)
How much is the reservation fee?
Reservation fee differs for each house model. Please refer to each house model sample computation for the reservation fee. For an Alcove home reservation fee is 15,000 (deductible to total contract price).
Is the reservation fee refundable?
No. Reservation fee is strictly non-refundable and non-tranferable. In case of transfer or downgrade to other Flavorscapes homes, Reservation Fee will be forfeited. Only succeeding downpayment payments can be transferred.
Do you accept direct Pag-Ibig Financing?
No. The developer DOES NOT offer direct Pag-IBIG financing. If client wants to finance thru Pag-Ibig, client must pay first the 20% Downpayment. The 80% Balance may be processed by the client personally to Pag-Ibig Housing Loan and provide the Letter of Guarantee (LOG) to the developer upon loan approval and signing to start the move-in process.

The Homes are fitted with all non-moving components, from structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC plus all other fixtures* and finishes. Alteration of the inclusions will void the warranty for materials.

When will you start building my home?
Fabrication of the Home will commence after the client provides all necessary documentation and pay the required downpayment of 20%.
Are Revolution homes built to last against typhoon and earthquakes?
Revolution Homes are designed to comply with international building codes.
Do the homes come with a warranty?
Revolution provides a five (5)-year structural warranty* and three (3) year material
warranty** after turnover.
*Structural warranty only covers the unaltered structural design and is subject to expected natural conditions
** Material warranty covers the unaltered finishes and/or materials and is subject to expected natural conditions.
