Thinking of Becoming an Accredited Real Estate Salesperson (RES)?
We’ve simplified the process for you! Here’s your Step-by-Step Guide to getting accredited by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in the Philippines:
1️⃣ Create Your PRC Online Account
Head over to online.prc.gov.ph and register for an account. From your dashboard, create a transaction for RES accreditation, upload the required documents, and settle the payment online.
2️⃣ Initial Review by PRC
Once submitted, PRC staff will assess your application. If everything’s in order, your documents are forwarded to the Professional Regulatory Board (PRB) of Real Estate Service for further evaluation.
3️⃣ Board Evaluation
The PRB thoroughly reviews your submitted credentials. If approved, a draft resolution recommending your accreditation is prepared and endorsed to the PRC for final approval.
4️⃣ Final PRC Approval
The PRC evaluates and signs off on the resolution. If your application needs corrections or clarification, PRC will inform you so you can make the necessary updates.
5️⃣ Regional Office Release
Your approved resolution is sent to the PRC Regional Office (PRC-RO), which updates their records and officially releases the accreditation results to you.
6️⃣ Take Your Oath and Start Your Career
Once you receive confirmation, take your oath and begin your professional journey as a Registered Real Estate Salesperson, officially linked under your supervising Licensed Real Estate Broker.
