DHSUD Broker Renewal Requirements

Renew your accreditation with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) by preparing the following documents:

1. Accomplished DHSUD Registration Form for Real Estate Broker

• Ensure all information is complete and updated.

2. Two (2) 2×2 Colored ID Pictures

• Recent photos with clear facial features and plain background.

3. ID Information Sheet

• A fully filled-out copy for verification purposes.​

4. Photocopy of Valid PRC Real Estate Broker ID

• If your PRC ID is not yet available, a claim slip will be accepted.

5. Photocopy of Last Year’s DHSUD (formerly HLURB) Official Receipt (OR)

• Proof of previous accreditation.

6. Photocopy of Bond or Security

• ​Must be valid and updated as required by DHSUD regulations.

Fees and Penalties

Renewal Fee

• Real Estate Broker: ₱720

Penalty for Late Renewal

• ₱200 per year of delay
